Refunds:

IProtestMyValue.com is a Residential Property Evaluation website. We are offering the Homeowner a recommended value of the subject property, along with the appropriately adjusted sales comparables and/or uniform and equal comparables, if applicable. Since we are offering the Homeowner non-tangible, irrevocable goods and services, we do not issue refunds after the product has been purchased. The Homeowner is responsible for understanding this upon purchasing the product(s) from IProtestMyValue.com. We only make exceptions to this rule when a report was not received by the Homeowner, or the report is received and is not legible. In this case, we direct the Homeowner to return to the site and select Returning Homeowners. Enter the email address you used to set-up the account. A list of all properties associated with this email address will then be displayed. Select the account for which you would like to re-run the analysis. When the analysis is complete, a printable report will be made available for download, and concurrently emailed to you. Be sure to add IProtestMyValue.com to your Safe Senders or Contacts list, so that our emails are not being filtered out as spam.

Protests:

Note, the Homeowner is responsible for timely filing their appeal with the respective Appraisal District; corresponding with the Appraisal District on-line, if on-line programs are available and the Homeowner utilizes this vehicle for protesting their value; otherwise, the Homeowner is responsible for attending the informal hearing and if applicable, the formal hearing before the Appraisal Review Board. If the Homeowner does not settle their claim on-line or at the informal hearing and wishes to elevate their claim to the Appraisal Review Board, the evidence package can be submitted in person (which is highly recommended) or via mail, along with a signed affidavit, if the Homeowner does not wish to attend the hearing in person. The Homeowner is responsible for understanding this upon purchasing the product(s) from IProtestMyValue.com.
